Job Title: Human Resources Generalist (Contract to Hire or Direct Hire)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Human Resources Generalist role to support our HR team in Anaheim. This position will assist with various administrative HR functions and will also provide support in talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working on a variety of HR tasks while contributing to the overall success of our HR operations and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Support:
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including document collection, background checks, and I-9 verification.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
- Support the HR team with general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing employee files.
- Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and general employee inquiries related to benefits.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.
Talent Acquisition Support:
- Help post job openings on various job boards and internal platforms.
- Assist with resume screening and candidate communication.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Support the recruitment process by preparing candidate interview packets and offer letters.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Assist with employee recognition programs and events.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, escalating issues as needed.
- Help facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
General HR:
- Support compliance activities and ensure HR practices align with company policies.
- Assist with HR-related reporting and data entry tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth execution of HR processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment support.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
