• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
• Experience with basic Microsoft Office Suite and workforce management programs
• Ability to effectively use scheduling software

As a Human Resources Expert, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Collaborating with your HR leader to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs, understanding guest needs, and ensuring the right experience and enthusiasm to deliver excellent shopping experiences.
• Leading recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire qualified candidates.
• Supporting team member and leader training needs and promoting continuous learning.
• Being an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
• Listening to team members and collaborating with leaders to take appropriate action.
• Executing HR processes and programs to maximize engagement and minimize disruptions.
• Supporting compliance policies to mitigate risks.
• Creating a welcoming environment by greeting guests and assisting them.
• Engaging with guests to help solve their needs and expressing appreciation for their visit.
• Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Working safely at all times, following safety policies, reporting hazards, and correcting issues when possible.
• Performing other duties as needed based on business requirements.

• Resolve guest questions quickly and efficiently.

• Stay focused and composed in a fast environment, managing multiple tasks within deadlines.

Additional basics include:

• Handling cash register operations accurately.
• Lifting up to 10 pounds regularly without assistance.
• Working in varying temperatures and conditions, including Drive-Up and carryout.
• Remaining mobile during shifts of varying lengths.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
