Job Description
To provide administrative support to the Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager. To support the Human Resource function by providing a warm greeting and environment for all associates in the Associate Services Center. Must be a team player and have a high desire to want to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist with processing of new hire paperwork and onboarding.
- Enter all associate data into UKG (our HRIS system)
- Maintain orderliness of office supplies and equipment.
- Answer phones, assist potential associates with applications
- Assist associates with inquiries and customer service
- Enter all IT ticket information for new hires and terms.
- Filing: new hires, terminations, employee records, documentations.
- Background check status and approval from HR Director.
- Responsibly for internal bulletin boards, posters and culture TV
- Hourly New Hire Orientation Execution, setup and packets.
- Responsible for all mailings, nametags, pay cards.
- Run reports for job postings, terminations, TABC/FHC
- Assist and help plan all Employee Engagement events and recruiting events
- Resposible for monthly orders in BirchStreet
- Schedule Exit Interviews and associate meetings with HR Director as necessary.
- Partner with HR Director for Resignations, Terminations and All in Servicecard
- Partner with HR Manager on Recruitment, candidate updates (hourly and managers)
- Complete other duties as assigned by management as needed.
Qualifications
- Relevant hospitality and/or customer service/administrative experience
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- College Degree; Preferably in hospitality or human resources management
- Highly motivated self starter focused on quality, organization, guest service and teamwork.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer proficiency; specifically with Microsoft Office. Experience with HRIS systems in a plus!
- The ability to work in a fast paced high pressure work environment while executing delegated tasks and assignments
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a Plus!
