IMMEDIATE NEED FOR A HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Direct Hire — Kenosha, WI — Pay up to 95k and bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and training for production and non-exempt employees.
• Partner with managers on employee relations, performance reviews, and HR policy compliance.
• Oversee payroll reconciliation, benefits administration, and compensation programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMPs, EEOC, FMLA, ADAA, and other federal, state, and local laws.
• Maintain HRIS records (Paylocity preferred) and generate required reports.
• Lead employee engagement, communication, and policy updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (required).
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, GMPs, and employment law compliance.
• Experience with payroll systems and HRIS (Paylocity highly preferred).
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred (support available).
