Responsibilities

• Work with your HR leader to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs for each area of the business, understanding guests’ needs and ensuring the right mix of experience and enthusiasm to deliver in-store and digital shopping experiences.
• Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders hire candidates with the right skills and experiences.
• Support team member and leader training needs and be an advocate for continuous learning.
• Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
• Be approachable, listen to team members, and collaborate with leaders to take action as needed.
• Deliver on all HR processes and programs to maximize team member engagement and minimize business disruption.
• Support your leader in following company compliance policies that mitigate risk to the team member experience.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist guests as needed.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• All other duties based on business needs.
