Park Hyatt Seoul is seeking a Cafe Barista in collaboration with a luxury boutique brand. This role supports the efficient operation of a cafe located off-site in Myeongdong, blending haute pâtisserie, innovation, and multicultural elegance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of a cafe in partnership with a luxury brand boutique, located off-site.
• Serve Food & Beverage to guests with courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Provide a high standard of guest service in a luxury setting.
• This position is ranked as Guest Services Staff.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Experienced barista, holder of a barista certificate.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Have experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, high-end standalone restaurants, or cocktail bars.
• Are curious, service-minded, and culturally aware.
• Communicate effectively in Korean and English; Chinese language skills are a plus but not mandatory for all positions.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-profile environments and value consistency, elegance, and guest delight.
