Responsibilities

• Handle a large volume of outbound calls using a predictive dialer (No cold calling).
• Establish rapport with guests and overcome objections to reach sales goals.
• Provide strong verbal and written communication; maintain attention to detail and organization.
• Participate in training to develop skills and achieve success.
• Work in a base salary plus uncapped commission environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Commission sales background in luxury goods, insurance, mortgage, hospitality, restaurants, solar, real estate or finance
• 1 year Call Center Sales experience
• 1 year experience working in Timeshare (advantageous)
• Telesales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• We will train you for success
