What We’re Looking For
Santé is seeking Part-Time 911 Call Center Clinicians to work with our crisis intervention team in Timonium, MD. The position is in-person with schedules including Thursdays, 8:30am-4:30pm, or every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) 8:30am to 4:30pm. An ideal candidate could be looking for one day a week or the 3 open days.
What You’ll Do
- Work in the 911 center alongside 911 call takers and dispatchers to divert appropriate behavioral health calls.
- Perform crisis intervention techniques.
- Conduct environmental risk and safety assessments.
- Partner with call center dispatchers, law enforcement, and other community providers in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
- Effectively communicate clients’ needs while making internal agency or community referrals.
- Educate individuals about mental health, substance abuse, available community resources, and the agency’s services.
- Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner.
What We Require
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field of study with at least three (3) years of related experience.
- Current licensure in the State of Maryland (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C or LCPC).
- Valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance.
- Ability to work every other weekend OR Thursdays, from 8:30am-4:30pm.
- Candidates can work one or more days per week.
- This is an on-site position based out of our Timonium, MD office.
