Overview
A Bit About Us: We are seeking an experienced Legal Technology Implementation Specialist to lead the rollout, integration, and optimization of SurePoint (law firm practice management/ERP) and iManage (document & email management system). This individual will serve as the bridge between attorneys, support staff, IT, and external vendors, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption across the firm.
Responsibilities
- Lead rollout, integration, and optimization of SurePoint and iManage within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Collaborate with attorneys, support staff, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
- Manage project timelines, stakeholder communications, and issue resolution to facilitate a smooth implementation.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience implementing legal technology platforms in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Hands-on experience with SurePoint and/or iManage configuration, deployment, and support.
- Strong knowledge of law firm workflows (time entry, billing, conflicts, matter management, document/email management).
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
Preferred
- iManage Work Certified Engineer or SurePoint certification/training.
- Background in law firm finance/accounting systems.
- Experience with cloud migrations and user adoption strategies.
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification.
