B-Level or high C-Level Technician
who's ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work. You don't need constant hand-holding — you know your way around a shop and can tackle alignments, brakes, and routine services without breaking a sweat. If you've got entry-level diagnostic skills, even better. If you're the kind of person who takes pride in quality work, values teamwork, and wants to grow in a place that supports you, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Handle maintenance and repair on a mix of domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
Knock out alignments, brakes, and preventative services with precision
Use our digital vehicle inspection system for thorough courtesy checks - required (they use Tekmetric integrated DVI)
Pitch in on entry-level diagnostics and collaborate with senior techs
Keep your bay clean, safe, and organized
Communicate openly with advisors and teammates to keep things running smoothly
What You Bring At least 2 years (or more, even better) of professional automotive experience
Solid skills with general automotive systems
Ability to perform alignments, brakes, and services independently
Entry-level diagnostic know-how is a plus
ASE certifications are great (we'll help you get more)
A valid driver's license and clean record
Team-player mentality with a positive attitude
The Perks Flat rate $20.00 – $35.00/hour depending on experience and performance
Annual earning potential around $65,000 – $70,000+
Medical insurance after 90 days (with a big employer contribution)
