$65,000 - $100,000+ yearly Responsibilities:
Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements Qualifications:
Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university required in banking, business, real estate, or a related field Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines Understanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferred Goal-oriented with strong execution skills to drive business plan success and meet sales targets About Company For more than 25 years, we have assisted our communities, empowered our partners, and expanded our company footprint across the nation.
