Job Description Description We are seeking a strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market success of our software and payments solutions. In this high-impact role, you will lead the product marketing function, influence product strategy, and drive cross-functional initiatives that fuel growth and customer adoption. You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with product, sales, customer success, and marketing leadership to align on vision, priorities, and execution. This full-time, salaried role is remote-eligible, with a preference for candidates located in New England. Key Responsibilities

Product & Market Strategy:

Partner with product leadership to influence roadmap prioritization based on market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence. Conduct ongoing research to understand buyer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics in both software and payments. Positioning & Messaging:

Lead the development of differentiated messaging and positioning frameworks for Enumerate’s software and payments portfolio. Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to key personas and verticals. Ensure consistency of messaging across all customer touchpoints. Payments Expertise:

Leverage deep knowledge of consumer or B2B payment experiences to influence product strategy, GTM positioning, and adoption. Partner with product and marketing leadership to ensure our payments offerings are competitive, differentiated, and compelling to target customers. Webinars & Thought Leadership:

Own and scale Enumerate’s product webinar programs to educate customers, drive adoption, and establish thought leadership. Develop repeatable processes and content strategies to maximize impact. Go-to-Market Execution:

Lead cross-functional GTM strategies for new product launches, feature enhancements, and market expansions. Collaborate with product, sales, and demand generation to define launch goals, success metrics, and execution plans. Drive alignment across teams to ensure timely and impactful launches. Executive Partnership:

Partner directly with the CMO on high-visibility initiatives, including rolling out new ICP positioning and leading a major website redesign to elevate Enumerate’s brand and drive pipeline growth. Sales & Customer Success Enablement:

Develop and scale enablement programs including playbooks, pitch decks, and battle cards. Train and support GTM teams on product positioning, payments differentiation, and value-based selling. Establish feedback loops to continuously improve materials.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

5–7 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior role within B2B SaaS, software, or payments companies. Demonstrated expertise in consumer or B2B payment experiences, with the ability to translate industry trends into actionable strategy. Proven track record of leading successful GTM strategies and influencing product roadmaps. Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around shared goals. Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, both written and verbal. Executive presence and experience partnering with senior leadership, particularly CMOs. Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and measure impact. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
