Overview Senior Brand Manager, US Sensodyne at Haleon. Lead the U.S. Sensodyne business by building the brand strategy, owning the brand P&L, and delivering annual plans that drive penetration, grow market share, and build brand equity. Partner with Global Oral Health Category team in the UK and U.S. cross-functional teams to align on strategy and share best practices, while managing one or more ABMs on the Sensodyne brand team.

Responsibilities
Build a team culture of performance and consumer obsession – champion creative bravery and executional excellence within the Sensodyne team and across partners. Foster ownership, agility, and continuous improvement, encouraging initiative and rapid learning from experiments. Lead Integrated Marketing efforts with internal and agency partners, including Halo content development and full-funnel assets that extend core brand ideas. Drive end-to-end campaign development and ensure consistent, impactful messaging across TV, PR, in-store, social media, search, and e-commerce. Own the U.S. Sensodyne P&L – manage annual sales and profit targets. Lead the monthly Demand Review cycle, identify risks/opportunities in the forecast, and optimize budget allocation. Use data-driven decision making (Nielsen/IRI, PowerBI, etc.) to maximize ROI. Drive innovation and portfolio strategy by partnering with R&D, Insights, Global Category, and Innovation teams to shape a 3+ year innovation pipeline for Sensodyne. Lead U.S. commercialization for launches from positioning and packaging to go-to-market execution. Collaborate with Sales/Commercial teams to translate brand strategies into customer plans. Work with Shopper Marketing and Category Management to drive retail activation (shelf strategy, promotions, eCommerce content) aligned to the brand strategy and secure retailer buy-in. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to inform strategy. Track brand health and segment performance, identify opportunities, and propose innovative marketing or product responses, including exploring new digital platforms and partnerships. Navigate a complex matrix of stakeholders with influencing skills. Align and influence senior stakeholders across local and global teams and external partners, represent the brand in leadership forums, and drive decision-making and alignment. Why you? Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 8+ years of progressive commercial marketing experience (brand management and/or marketing strategy roles). U.S. P&L management experience with operating budget responsibility in a matrixed organization. Hands-on experience with new product launches and innovation management from concept to in-market execution. Experience managing integrated brand advertising campaigns across multiple channels (TV, digital, social, print). Experience leading cross-functional teams or project pods with effective project leadership. Decisive and proficient in influencing, collaboration, and conflict management in a matrix environment. Preferred Qualifications MBA Experience in consumer goods (CPG) or closely related consumer product sectors; exposure to personal care or beauty is valued. Proven ability to manage complex matrix environments and deliver strong marketing plans by uniting cross-functional priorities. Demonstrated ability to deliver results through influence with multiple decision-makers. Exceptional communication and leadership skills; capable of representing the brand to senior leadership.
