This executive-level role is responsible for shaping our brand narrative, owning product marketing strategy, and inspiring creative excellence — all while delivering measurable impact across the funnel. You’ll be the strategic force behind our go-to-market engine, blending deep industry insight, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership to accelerate our mission: helping employers deliver smarter, more human-centric benefits experiences.

Architect and execute a multi-year marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals, market dynamics, and customer needs. Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team, influencing business decisions through market intelligence and customer insights. Product Marketing Excellence

Guide and Lead our product marketing — from product and solution positioning to launch and adoption. Ensure we develop compelling value propositions, messaging frameworks, and competitive intelligence that empower Sales and resonate with HR leaders, brokers, and benefit administrators. Creative Strategy & Brand Expression

Lead and inspire the in-house Creative Team to produce breakthrough campaigns, content, and experiences that elevate our brand and humanize our technology. Set a high bar for creative excellence across visual identity, storytelling, video, and design systems — ensuring emotional resonance and brand consistency. Champion innovation and experimentation in creative execution, from brand activations to digital experiences that engage diverse audiences. Guide, Lead and Support our Experience Lab – supporting customer discovery, scope of work and execution excellence is achieved. Ensure we have a scalable and operational delivery model in place that achieve revenue and profit expectations. Growth Marketing & Demand Generation

Lead omnichannel campaigns that drive pipeline, conversion, and customer lifetime value across employer segments and broker channels. Optimize performance across paid media, SEO/SEM, lifecycle marketing, and ABM strategies tailored to the benefits ecosystem. Collaborate with Sales and Channel Leadership to align demand generation efforts with territory planning, lead scoring, and revenue targets. Team Building & Leadership

Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team across product marketing, brand, digital, content, and operations. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning — with clear goals, feedback loops, and development plans. Data-Driven Decision Making

Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure marketing effectiveness, campaign ROI, and customer engagement. Required Skills And Abilities

Knowledge, Experience, And/Or Education Requirements

College degree and relevant SaaS technology In lieu of college degree, services work experience.
