Base pay range $50.00/hr - $56.00/hr Responsibilities Design unique 2D and 3D packaging from concept to execution. Create precise mechanicals, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and objectives. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to guide creative direction. Oversee print production, including vendor collaboration and press checks. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years of packaging design experience. Strong expertise in high-quality 2D and 3D rendering. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Deep understanding of print production processes and technical specifications. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience using 3D design software such as Rhino, SolidWorks, or Dimension. Familiarity with artwork management software.
