MMC is Now Hiring: CSR1 – Call Center Representative
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Start Date: ASAP Work Type: Hybrid Remote(Due to onsite requirement and equipment must live in Lincoln, NE or surrounding metro area)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused
Call Center Representative (CSR1)
to join our team supporting Medicaid provider services. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has call center experience and is ready to contribute to a team dedicated to service excellence.
Work Schedule & Environment:
Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hybrid Remote:
Required to work onsite two days a week (Mondays and Tuesdays), and as needed for training or meetings
Equipment Provided:
All necessary equipment for this position will be supplied
Job Responsibilities:
Review and process provider enrollment applications for Medicaid
Conduct research, verify information, and document findings using secure web tools and internal systems
Respond to provider inquiries and provide updates on application status
Notify providers of missing or incorrect documentation
Coordinate with field staff to verify site visit results
Follow standard operating procedures and project policies
Meet productivity and quality standards
Escalate critical issues to the Operations Manager
Provide backup support to other customer service staff as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or GED
2 Years of call center experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Typing speed of 30+ WPM
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Associate degree from an accredited institution
Experience in a healthcare or provider services setting
