Job Description:
Raritan Valley Community College's Workforce Training Center is seeking experienced professionals to teach non-credit courses in Business, Leadership, and Professional Development. Our programs are designed for adult learners and working professionals who want to strengthen workplace skills, expand leadership capacity, and apply practical strategies for success in today's organizations.
Essential Duties:
Deliver engaging in-person or online instruction that combines practical applications with interactive, hands-on learning. Design lesson plans that connect concepts directly to workplace challenges and opportunities. Support learners in applying new skills through projects, case studies, and real-world exercises. Track student attendance, provide feedback, and monitor progress. Collaborate with program staff to ensure courses remain aligned with workforce and employer needs.

Courses in this category focus on strengthening leadership capabilities, from mastering the foundations of effective leadership to guiding diverse teams, managing organizational change, building strong teams, practicing the art of delegation, and leading projects from initiation through completion.
