In this fast-paced role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner. Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products and services. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. Document all customer interactions and update records as needed. Follow company policies and procedures for call management. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Proven experience in a call center or customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and understanding. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
