2nd Shift - Call Center Representative

Staffing Inc. is partnered with a call center company actively seeking qualified Call Center Representatives for immediate hire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, utilizing cloud-based software to conduct scripted surveys. Key duties include accurately recording responses to multiple-choice questions and consistently meeting call volume and quality metrics. This role does not involve cold calling.

A positive and thriving company culture that understands work/life balance Fully remote position (Michigan Residents Only) Pay: $12.48/hr. for training, $13/hr. after 80 hours of training. This position is EXTREMELY part time/on call work. Call Center Representative Responsibilities:
Make outbound and receive inbound phone calls, utilizing our cloud-based VPL software. Read survey scripts and ask questions to respondents. Record responses from multiple-choice questions. Meet call volume and quality parameters in accordance with internal guidelines (which will be provided for you, no cold calling required.) Call Center Representative Qualifications:
You must be comfortable talking on the phone. Display professional telephone etiquette and communication skills under all conditions and circumstances. Have Home Internet (WIFI) Your own computer (not a chrome) Your own headset (recommended USB connected) Must have perfect attendance and good attitude.
