What We Offer
Pay : $24.74 - $35.89/hour (based on experience)
Bonuses : $200 quarterly attendance bonus + quarterly profit-sharing bonus
Premium Pay : Double-time for hours over 48/week, $1/hr night shift premium

What You'll Do
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems
Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred)
Perform welding, fabrication, and system upgrades
Maintain hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing
Execute preventive maintenance and safety procedures (LOTO, NFPA 70E, PPE)
What We're Looking For
2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and mechanical repair
Electrical/PLC troubleshooting and programming experience
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic schematics
CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
Schedule
12-hour shifts: Days (7am-7pm) and Nights (7pm-7am), rotating
$1.00/hour night shift premium
Overtime required (with double-time pay over 48 hrs)
