Position description
The Department of Feminist Studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara invites applications for qualified lecturers to teach feminist studies courses in the Feminist Studies Department for upcoming openings. Screening of applicants is ongoing and will continue as needed. The number of positions varies from quarter to quarter, depending on the Department's needs. Positions may range from 22% to 100% time.
We offer a Feminist Studies major and minor, LGBTQ minor, MA/Ph.D., and doctoral emphasis. General information and a list of our courses is available at:

Qualifications
Basic qualifications
(required at time of application) Applicants must hold a Master's degree in feminist/women's/gender/sexuality/ethnic studies or a related interdisciplinary field and have a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience.
Preferred qualifications Ph.D. in Feminist Studies/Women's/Gender/Sexuality/Ethnic Studies. Strong teaching background desired.
