Change Management Workstream Lead At TEKsystems we are supporting a local banking organization seeking a Change Management Workstream Practitioner to support a strategic initiative involving the outsourcing of mortgage servicing operations. This role is essential in ensuring organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and long-term operational stability through expert change management practices. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead change in a complex, enterprise-level transition. You will work closely with leadership, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption, mitigate risks, and ensure a smooth post-implementation experience. This position is anticipated to be a 6-month contract. Candidates located in Hawai'i are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on change management throughout the initiative lifecycle.
* Change Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with organizational goals and integrated into the overall project plan.
* Impact & Readiness Analysis: Conduct detailed impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify gaps and develop targeted interventions.
* Execution & Stabilization: Support execution of change activities and lead the development of a post-go-live stabilization plan to ensure sustained adoption.
* Communication Planning: Partner with corporate communications to craft clear, consistent messaging and communication frameworks for all stakeholder groups.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with training teams, communications, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated project delivery.
* Measurement & Reporting: Define KPIs and success metrics to evaluate change effectiveness and project outcomes.
* Additional Duties: Support other project-related tasks as assigned. A comprehensive task list is maintained in the Business Requirements Spreadsheet.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, preferably in large-scale operational transitions or outsourcing initiatives.
* Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives, conduct impact analyses, and collaborate across diverse teams.
* Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus.

*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
