Are you an experienced low voltage technician ready to take the lead on impactful projects? *TEKsystems* is looking for a *Lead Low Voltage Technician* to support the rebuild of our Nashville office and lead voice, data, and fire alarm work in the region. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality installations and service while mentoring others, we want to hear from you! *Description:* As a Lead Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, configuring, servicing, and troubleshooting a variety of low voltage systems including:
* *Fire Alarms* * *Access Control* * *CCTV* * *Nurse Call* * *Intercom Systems* You'll play a key role in project execution, team coordination, and ensuring systems meet code and client expectations. *Responsibilities:* * Install, program, and commission low voltage systems * Troubleshoot and resolve system issues using tools like multi-meters * Lead and assist installation teams on-site * Communicate project updates with clients and internal teams * Review technical documents and ensure code compliance * Complete reports and respond to service calls as needed * Participate in an on-call rotation and maintain regular on-site presence *Skills:* * Cat6, Cable Installation, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Low Voltage Systems * Use of hand tools, ladders, lifts, and multi-meters * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * Strong knowledge of low voltage systems (Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, etc.) * OSHA 10 and Lift Certification preferred * Effective communication and leadership skills * Comfortable reporting to a Project Manager and working in dynamic environments *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
