*Overview:*
We're seeking a versatile and driven EDI & C# Developer to join a small but impactful IT team focused on ERP operations and automation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys solving operational inefficiencies, and is eager to take ownership of both legacy systems and forward-looking initiatives. You'll play a key role in modernizing internal processes and driving automation across the organization.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Support and enhance Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes, currently manual and in need of modernization. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business workflows and identify automation opportunities. * Develop and maintain custom applications and integrations using C# to streamline ERP operations. * Assist in the administration and optimization of the ERP system (Syspro 8), including scripting, configuration, and transitioning from VBScript to C#-enabled automation. * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues. * Take ownership of ERP and EDI systems, contributing to both development and operational support. * Operate effectively in a dynamic environment, wearing multiple hats and adapting to evolving business needs. *Required Skills:*
* Strong experience with C# development, particularly in application integration and automation. * Familiarity with EDI concepts and workflows (prior experience preferred but not required). * Experience with ERP systems; Syspro knowledge is a plus. * Ability to work independently and take initiative in a small team setting. * Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. *Preferred Qualifications:*
