*Work Type:* Remote (Fully in-office during training from 9/30-10/10, then moves to fully remote)

*Duration:* 3 month contract-to-hire

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team supporting disability-based transportation programs. *Key Responsibilities:*
* Handle inbound calls to assist members, clients, and facilities * Verify eligibility and coordinate non-emergent transportation services * Schedule trips efficiently and accurately * Perform data entry and maintain accurate records * Support administrative tasks including ID processing, faxing, and reception duties * Respond to customer inquiries and document complaints professionally * Assist with special projects and maintain office supplies and equipment *Qualifications:*
* Minimum 1 year of call center experience (or customer service experience with phone support) * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to multitask and manage administrative duties * Comfortable working in a remote environment (in-office training required) * Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and handling confidential information *Top Skills:* Customer service, call center operations, scheduling, documentation, inbound calls, data processing, troubleshooting *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
