*Overview:* We are seeking a *Customer Experience Specialist* to join a dynamic Mortgage Success Team in a fast-paced call center environment. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a experience in customer service and a passion for helping clients navigate the mortgage loan process. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers from loan origination to closing, providing guidance, support, and exceptional service. *Key Responsibilities:*

* Serve as a customer success advocate in a call center setting * Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls and text messages * Manage a pipeline of up to 75 loans, with approximately 30 calls per day * Perform routine data entry, validation, and documentation tasks * Communicate with internal departments and third parties to resolve issues * Conduct basic research to respond to customer inquiries * Escalate complex issues to associates or supervisors * Meet production and quality standards * Adhere to established policies and procedures * Demonstrate behaviors aligned with company culture and values *Qualifications:*

* Minimum 1 year of experience in the mortgage industry (flexible if candidate has strong phone presence) * Proven ability to deliver accurate information in a fast-paced environment * Strong phone presence and customer service skills * Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills * Effective written and verbal communication * Proficiency with mainstream computer applications (Microsoft, Google, etc.) * Assessment score above 50 *Work Environment:*

* Business casual dress in a clean, cubicle office setting * Office hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM (flexibility required between 7 AM-7 PM) * One late shift per week (until 7 PM) with adjusted start time the following day * Two Saturday shifts per quarter (8 AM-12 PM) * Fully in-office; equipment provided for occasional remote work due to weather or weekend OT *Employee Value Proposition (EVP):*

* Strong emphasis on contract-to-hire * Proven internal promotion track (20+ contractors promoted from this team) * Potential for $2,500 quarterly bonus upon conversion to full-time ($10,000/year) * Opportunity to build a long-term career in the mortgage industry *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
