Additional Information
We are seeking immediate post-doctoral positions in Alzheimer's disease and related neurodegenerative diseases, by using stem cell models and genomic approaches. Preferred qualifications: D. in Genetics, Neuroscience, Molecular Biology, or Related Discipline.
Skilled in conventional molecular methods such as quantitative methods for qualitative and quantitative analysis of gene expression (qPCR, ddPCR, Southern, Northern and Western blotting), gene cloning; Experience culturing mammalian cell culture; Some experience in culturing and differentiation of human iPSC is desirable, but not an absolute prerequisite; Experience conducting genome editing (CRISPR), flow cytometry/FACS. Experience with NGS library preparations, including for single-cell transcriptomics. Ability to compile and analyze data using standard statistical methods.
