Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers, superintendents, and support staff to deliver $20M+ projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for construction operations, aligning with the firm’s growth objectives and client expectations.
  • Oversee project portfolios, ensuring seamless coordination across public works, ground-up construction, and renovation projects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, securing repeat business and fostering partnerships in public and private sectors.
  • Champion lean construction practices, safety protocols, and quality standards across all projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • 12+ years of progressive construction leadership experience, with a proven track record managing $20M+ projects in public works, ground-up construction, or renovations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and a deep understanding of industry trends.
  • Strategic thinker with a Midwest work ethic: hands-on, collaborative, and committed to delivering results that matter.

The Perks:

  • Base Salary: $185,000 - $215,000, based on experience.
