Description: Our client, a growing Architecture/Engineering firm, seeks an experienced Project Architect/Manager in Pittsburgh. This role involves managing architectural aspects of multi-discipline projects, coordinating with other disciplines, and reviewing documents for design and code completeness.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional work atmosphere.
• Lead architectural/multi-discipline projects and coordinate with team members, clients, contractors, and agencies.
• Prepare project documentation for client approvals and permits.
• Understand industry/client standards and building codes.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and communicate project progress.
• Assist in determining and coordinating project staffing.
• Implement architectural procedures and techniques.
• Organize workload assignments and develop redlines.
• Supervise project team and mentor junior staff.
• Ensure project deliverables meet client standards.
• Record meeting notes and perform construction administration tasks.
• Review RFIs, shop drawings, and submittals.
• Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress.
• Support field reports, conflict resolution, and change order reviews.
• Perform construction walkthroughs and verify close-out documentation.

Required Skills:

• Technical competence in architecture.
• Ability to mentor junior staff.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and NYS Energy Software.
• Strong communication skills.

Experience, Education, & Certifications:

• 5-year NAAB Accredited degree or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of design and documentation experience, specializing in healthcare.
• Professional licensure in Pennsylvania or willingness to gain reciprocity.

Salary Range:

• $110,000 to $130,000
