We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager/Estimator to join our team in Columbia, SC . This role is critical in evaluating project scopes, preparing competitive and accurate cost estimates, and supporting the overall project lifecycle—from bid submission to pre-construction handoff. The estimator will play a key role in supporting our sales and operations teams while maintaining strong relationships with contractors, property owners, and suppliers. Analyze blueprints, specs, and site conditions to develop detailed cost estimates. Prepare and submit formal proposals to general contractors and private clients. Draft project documentation including show drawings, submittal letters, and compliance forms. Conduct job take-offs and core cuts as needed for accurate scope of work. Maintain an organized personal bid log and support forecasting of potential work. Participate in pre-bid meetings, walk-throughs, and field assessments. Assist with product selection, budgeting, and subcontractor/vendor coordination. Serve as a technical resource for internal departments and external clients.
