What You’ll Do

• Lead S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects from planning through to delivery
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and resources across multiple workstreams
• Act as the key link between business stakeholders, IT teams, and integration partners
• Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and oversee execution
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP Ariba, SAP MM, and other connected systems
• Drive user adoption through change management, training, and communication strategies
• Build and mentor high-performing project teams to ensure success

What You’ll Bring

• Proven track record managing end-to-end SAP S/4HANA projects in complex environments
• Strong experience with procurement, supply chain, or finance-related modules
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels
• Ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives
• Experience with project methodologies such as SAP Activate, Agile, or hybrid approaches
• Leadership qualities: able to motivate, guide, and support diverse project teams
• Relevant degree (Business, Engineering, IT) – SAP certifications a plus
