Product Owner - Cybersecurity/SIEM - Onsite

*Job Description:* We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced *Software Product Owner* to lead greenfield development and delivery of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, technical systems, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable development plans. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to drive product success in a fast-paced, Agile environment. *Location:* Denver, CO *Experience Level:* Expert *Employment Type:* 18-Month Contract *Key Responsibilities:* * Serve as the Product Owner for cybersecurity-focused software products, including SIEM platforms and detection technologies. * Collaborate with engineering teams to understand system architecture and translate technical concepts into clear backlog items. * Lead and participate in *Program Increment (PI) Planning* sessions. * Champion Agile practices, particularly Scrum, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. * Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value and user needs. * Utilize tools like *JIRA* and *Confluence* to manage product backlogs and documentation. *Required Qualifications:* * Proven experience with *SIEM platforms* and/or cybersecurity detection technologies. * Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, especially Scrum. * Demonstrated success as a *Product Owner* or in a similar product management role. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality software and user experiences. * Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines. *Preferred Qualifications:* * Prior experience in the *cybersecurity domain*. * Familiarity with *AI technologies* to enhance product capabilities. * Experience working in *cloud environments*. * Ability to serve in a *dual role* as Product Owner and Scrum Master. * *SAFe certification* (e.g., SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager) with practical experience. * Additional certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner). *Work Authorization* * Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a W-2 basis. We are unable to sponsor visas or work with third-party agencies. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
