Job Title: Implementation Analyst Job DescriptionJoin a dynamic team entering its busy season, focused on onboarding new clients and re-enrolling existing ones. We're seeking a proactive, tech-savvy candidate with strong customer implementation experience and a passion for customer success.
Responsibilities
* Act as the primary contact and coordinator for implementation projects. * Lead client integrations, acting as the primary contact throughout implementation. * Manage project timelines, documentation, and communication via Salesforce. * Coordinate intake, build, QA, and SFTP setup for enrollment platforms. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes. * Maintain responsive communication (within 1 business day) and meet SLAs. * Provide consultative support to internal teams on enrollment-related issues. * Build strong relationships with sales partners and contribute to strategic initiatives. * Document and maintain process knowledge in team OneNote. * Identify gaps in processes to improve the customer experience and make recommendations to prevent them. * Collaborate with cross-functional departments to effectively recognize and solve case level enrollment strategy issues and corporate initiatives. * Build partnerships with sales representatives to provide thorough customer updates, broker feedback and other pertinent action items that impact sales effectiveness.
Essential Skills * Proven experience in project management, client implementation, or customer onboarding. * Strong organizational and relationship-building skills. * Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of integrations. * Flexible schedule to accommodate PST operations. * Self-starter with initiative and a collaborative mindset.
Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience with customer interaction. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
