Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate administrative services within a campus unit, with a primary focus on providing support to the Executive Director. Areas of responsibility include managing scheduling and communications with senior campus leadership and external stakeholders, preparing materials for strategic meetings, overseeing administrative functions related to human resources, purchasing, budgets, and financial records and supporting unit initiatives and events. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: Executive Director, senior campus administration, external partners, and unit staff.
Responsibilities
Job Duty 1
Develop and implement unit administrative processes and procedures consistent with Institute policies Job Duty 2
Supervise the maintenance of unit financial records ensuring accuracy and compliance with the Institute guidelines Job Duty 3
Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, including managing
calendars, coordinating meetings with senior campus leadership, external stakeholders, and executives. Job Duty 4
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and agendas for meetings; document minutes and track follow-up actions Job Duty 5
Coordinate unit purchasing activities, including procurement documentation, vendor communication and inventory of Office supplies. Job Duty 6
Support planning and execution of special events, travel arrangements, and unit initiatives, ensuring smooth logistics and stakeholder engagement. Job Duty 7
Perform other duties as assigned Job Duty 8

Educational Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Experience Four to five years of job related experience
Proposed Salary
Salary Range: $63,000 to $71,464 Location: Atlanta, GA
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
SKILLS Knowledge of administrative processes, records management, event planning and office management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Strong organizational and communication skills to manage schedules, meetings, and interactions with senior leadership and external stakeholders. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
