Job Duties:
Reporting to the Vice Chancellor of Operations, this position will collect, analyze and report data to support strategic decision making and planning. This position will create and monitor university data dashboards, manage data systems, design and administer surveys, create data visualizations, and communicate findings to various key stakeholders to inform institutional effectiveness and external reporting. Develops, implements, monitors, and updates information systems and databases that manage, store, and retrieve institutional data according to established policies, procedures, and reporting regulations Collects, analyzes, and researches institutional data according to established procedures and regulations Prepares and disseminates institutional statistical reports to institutional programs, working units, and leadership as needed Serves as liaison and primary contact for internal and external stakeholders for institutional reporting and compliance, external surveys, and institutional statistics and data
Education Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Experience 3 or more years of institutional research analysis Workday experience a plus Advanced Excel skills a plus

Prepares and disseminates institutional statistical reports to institutional programs, working units, and leadership as needed Collects, analyzes, and researches institutional data according to established procedures and regulations Develops, implements, monitors, and updates information systems and databases that manage, store, and retrieve institutional data according to established policies, procedures, and reporting regulations Serves as liaison and primary contact for internal and external stakeholders for institutional reporting and compliance, external surveys, and institutional statistics and data

$59,000-$65,000/year depending on experience level
Required Qualifications: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis software (R, Tableau), and database management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex data and convey findings to diverse stakeholders
A critical skill for ensuing data accuracy and integrity in reports and analyses.
Preferred Qualifications:
A degree in fields such as statistics, social sciences, data science or education
Familiarity with higher education data, reporting standards like (IPEDS), and institutional reporting processes is beneficial
Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
