SALARY:

$20.00 - $22.75 per hour. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

Responsibilities

Assist faculty with their planning and execution of curricular activities including labs, lectures, quizzes, and small group activities. Collegially greet students, answer phones, and schedule appointments. Order and receive supplies for the department, including submission of requisitions. Schedule departmental meetings and other departmental events as assigned. Document department and committee meetings. Assist faculty in organizing work-related travel and reimbursement requests. Maintain calendars for faculty in the department, including scheduling meetings with students. Serve as staff to assigned committees including scheduling, attending, and taking minutes. Performs general office support duties including maintaining electronic and paper files, completing reports, creating correspondence, proofreading, maintaining office equipment, and overall departmental organization. Assist faculty with integrating course material into new technologies including the Leaning Management System (LMS). Other duties as assigned by the Vice Chair of Biomedical Science or their designee.

Qualifications

Assist administration, faculty, and staff in special projects as necessary.
