Duties/Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities Provides basic to intermediate-level mechanical repairs on transit buses as assigned by the supervisor.
Percentage of time 50
Duties/Responsibilities Remove and replace broken components on diesel/electric buses as assigned by the supervisor.
Percentage of time 20
Duties/Responsibilities Complete assigned work orders and submit them to the supervisor for approval. Complete all necessary training as required.
Percentage of time 15
Duties/Responsibilities Ensure work progress is approved before starting the next task.
Percentage of time 5
Duties/Responsibilities Assist FT technicians with scheduled preventative maintenance.
Percentage of time 5
Duties/Responsibilities Keep the work area safe and clean.
