: Charge nurse (non-assigned to patients) CNA ratios ~1:8–12; some CNA II staff assist with IV/Foley removal ~ Respiratory Equipment

: BiPAP, CPAP, nasal cannulas

Scheduling & Expectations

: Shift Time

: 06:45–19:15 Self-scheduling

: Allowed with flexibility Weekends

: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period Holidays
