Full Stack Software Engineer Must-Have Skills:

What You'll Do * Architect, design, and develop RESTful API endpoints with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability. * Collaborate with front-end engineers to build dynamic, responsive, and user-centric web applications using React. * Define robust data models and database schemas (relational or NoSQL), emphasizing data integrity and performance. * Design and implement event-driven architectures (preferably using Kafka). * Leverage AWS cloud services to build and deploy scalable applications. * Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for application architecture, design, and ongoing maintenance. * Estimate tasks and delivery timelines for effective sprint planning and execution. * Participate in on-call rotation to ensure system stability and uptime. * Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For * 8+ years of professional experience working with medium/large complex code bases. * Proven experience in full stack development. * Strong object-oriented development skills, with a preference for Golang. * Experience in REST API design and implementation. * Highly proficient in HTML, CSS, and the JavaScript ecosystem, with deep expertise in React. * Experience with event-driven architecture, preferably using Kafka. * Strong understanding of AWS cloud services. * Knowledgeable in UI/UX design principles. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Desire to collaborate and develop strong, positive team relationships. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Bonus Points * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. * Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. * Experience with database management, cloud technologies (AWS), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). * Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines. * Experience with automated deployment tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins). * Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SAFe or Scrum.
