Position Summary This position is the assistant to the Office Manager at the RCLD. This person is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the RCLD, including managing the main telephone, main office reception of clients, receiving intake packets, scheduling of clients, data entry into client database, and preparing psychometric summaries.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills. Ability to use discretion with confidential information. Ability to use independent judgement. Ability to work under limited supervision.

Physical Demands Sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling; spending long periods of time at a computer.

Duties/Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities Answer the main phone lines and serve as the front office contact for the RCLD. Answer questions and direct calls as needed. Explain evaluation process to potential clients, call referrals, and make appointment reminder calls.

Duties/Responsibilities Prepare summary for reports from client test scores.
