*Description*
The Desktop Support Technician will provide enterprise-level IT support for CBRE's Dallas and Richardson offices. This individual will be responsible for supporting end users, managing client hardware/software, resolving tickets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of office technology. The role requires strong L1/L2 troubleshooting skills, experience with Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and MS Office Suite, as well as excellent customer service skills to support a wide range of business users.

High School Diploma (required).
Strong customer service orientation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Intune, and ticketing systems.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Exposure to hardware lifecycle management (imaging, deployment, refresh).
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
Any relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.).
