*Job Overview:* We are seeking a hands-on and organized *Asset Manager / Field Services Lead* to oversee hardware asset management and lead Tier 1 support operations across multiple healthcare sites in the Fort Wayne area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys mentoring junior analysts, and is passionate about operational excellence in IT support.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Own and manage the imaging process for workstations across multiple locations.
* Lead and mentor junior help desk analysts in day-to-day operations.
* Act as the primary point of contact for triaging incoming incidents and escalating critical issues.
* Maintain and organize the hardware stockroom and asset inventory.
* Rotate between 20+ local sites to provide onsite support and ensure smooth IT operations.
* Remotely assist radiologists and other staff using remote support tools.
* Collaborate with the IT Manager to develop and execute site rotation plans.
* Utilize EasyVista or similar ITSM platforms for ticketing and incident management.
*Must-Have Skills:*
* Asset management and hardware lifecycle experience.
* Imaging and deployment of workstations.
* Leadership experience or ability to guide junior team members.
* Strong triage and incident escalation capabilities.
*Nice-to-Have Skills:*
* Troubleshooting and Tier 1 support experience.
* Familiarity with ITSM platforms (EasyVista preferred).
* Experience in healthcare or multi-site support environments.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
