Our client is looking to add a a Business Process Analyst. This is a onsite hybrid role

* * *Process Analysis - Ability to understand, evaluate, and redesign operational workflows. * Project Ownership & Initiative - Operates independently, drives progress, and proactively identifies gaps. * Cross-functional Collaboration - Coordinates with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders across departments. Required Skills & Experience Strong business process analysis and consulting mindset; not just traditional PM deliverables. Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes with minimal oversight. Experience managing business transformation projects with technology components. Familiarity with hybrid methodologies (Agile/Waterfall); ability to adapt based on project needs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and evolving priorities. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
