*Job Description:*
Work on building applications, leveraging data, and utilizing genAI. Use AI capabilities and make them available in the compliance platform for faster decisions.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and maintain a robust and scalable big data insights platform to drive AI-assisted process automation and deliver actionable insights.
* Develop solutions that combine state-of-the-art Generative AI techniques with rich data to deliver best-in-class automation and user experience.
* Design and implement batch and near real-time data pipelines using Spark, Flink, and BigQuery.
* Design and implement efficient data models in relational and NoSQL databases like MySQL, Druid, BigQuery, and HBase.
* Leverage cloud-native technologies to build world-class backend platforms.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to deliver features.
* Lead feature or component design reviews and is fully recognized as the go-to developer for that component.
* Participate in architecture discussions and propose and discuss solutions to platform and product changes.
* Stay current with emerging technologies and promote a culture of excellence
*Top Skills:*
* Proficiency in Java and Spring framework or equivalent
* Proficiency in designing, implementing, and integrating REST API services
* Experience with relational and NoSQL databases like MySQL, HBase, DynamoDB or equivalent
* Systems Design Experience
* Cloud Platforms & Native Applications Experience
* Experience with AI developing tools
* Big Data Technologies (Splunk)

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $70.00/hr.
