Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary An established agency is seeking a personable and motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to provide exceptional service to clients. This role involves handling new and renewal business, quoting, policy issuance, and identifying cross-sell opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate quotes for new and renewal business. Manage overall account servicing, including policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage questions. Negotiate with carrier underwriters to secure the most competitive terms for clients. Quote, bind, and issue policies with multiple carriers and rating systems. Recognize cross-sell opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand accounts. Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high retention and satisfaction. Qualifications/Requirements
Previous experience working with personal lines coverage in an agency or brokerage environment. Proven customer service and sales skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. Active Property & Casualty license required. Experience with Applied Epic preferred.
