Travel RN Home Health Location: Wellspan VNA Home Care (Ephrata County) Shift: Days, 5x8s, 40 hrs, 8:00-4:30 daily and weekend rotation of every 4th weekend with comp day week before/week after. 13 week contract Requirements: 2 years experience PA RN license BLS (AHA) ASN or BSN General job summary: Provides professional nursing services to individuals in the home through a process of nursing assessment, planning, care, and evaluation in accordance with physicians' orders, the established plan of care, the patient's diagnosis, corporate policy and procedures and the Nurse Practice Act. Carries primary care management functions for assigned patients. Safely and independently administers prescribed treatments, medications, and nursing interventions based on assessment and plan of care.
