Travel Facility/Unit: 14-bed unit, Curtis – RN EMR: EPIC Shift/Hours: 36–40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40; NBO 16 hrs On Call/Call Back: $9/hr On Call, 1.5x for Call Back (2-hr min) Charge/Precept: $6/hr OT/Holiday Rate: 1.15x Radius Rule: Locals within 50 miles accepted (10% rate reduction) Equipment: DaVinci Xi, Mako, Rosa Holidays 2025: Must work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving); 1 day off allowed between 11/26–11/30 and 12/23–1/2 About Malone Healthcare - Nursing
