Travel Position / Specialty: OR RN Ratios: 1:1 Years of experience REQ: 2 Years First-timers accepted: Yes On-Call REQ: Up to 8 weekday shifts, up to 9 (12 hour) weekend call shifts defined as any Friday, Saturday, Sunday in a 13 week period, with a 30 minute recall Weekend REQ: As needed, usually every 3rd weekend Certs & License: *Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license- Required *BLS, ACLS – Required Floating Requirements: No Blocked Scheduling: Not guaranteed but unit will do their best to accommodate. Locals accepted: Yes RTO Restrictions: Unit manager’s approval Required Special Requirements: *Level 1 trauma center OR with 11 rooms of high volume ortho, trauma and spine cases. All other specialties. Minimal peds. *Traveler must have experience in general, ortho, spine, trauma, and neuro (specifically craniotomies). *Must have level I trauma experience but will consider highly skilled clinician with recent level II trauma experience in like-size/larger facility. Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma (if applicable): Teaching / Level I trauma Total Staffed Beds: 268 Scrub Color: Scrubs are provided for OR RNs Charting: Cerner Parking Cost: Free Parking
