Lourdes Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a night shift travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-acuity emergency settings and demonstrate strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department Triage patients and prioritize care based on acuity and clinical presentation Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols Participate in emergency response and resuscitation efforts as needed Qualifications: Active RN license in Washington State (or compact license) Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Emergency Room nursing Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required TNCC certification preferred Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
