We steward precious resources by finding more sustainable solutions.# **Job Summary **We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President, Global Head of Brand to lead the global brand strategy and execution for TYLin, Introba, and Landrum & Brown, the three leading brands that comprise Global Infrastructure (GI).
Reporting to the CMO, this role will steward each firm’s unique identity while driving cohesion where it adds value, aligning with GI’s broader vision and leveraging key corporate milestones to help amplify our collective reputation.
In this role, you will lead the development of distinct brand campaigns, elevate visibility in the marketplace, create meaningful internal engagement, and ensure our brands are consistently and effectively expressed across every touchpoint.# **Responsibilities & Qualifications **Brand Strategy & Positioning * Define and advance the brand strategies for TYLin, Introba, and Landrum & Brown, ensuring each maintains clear differentiation and market relevance. * Align brand efforts with GI’s vision, using key milestones and global initiatives to strengthen the reputation of the leading brands. * Build equity and recognition for the brands in ways that drive client trust, employee pride, and market growth. * Develop and elevate employer brand differentiators, building positive brand equity in target markets.Campaign Development & Execution * Lead the creation of global brand campaigns with regional adaptation/activations (where necessary) to amplify each firm’s voice and expertise. * Partner closely with the VP of Client Experience and Marketing to ensure brand campaigns and marketing initiatives are fully integrated and support client engagement strategies. * Collaborate with the VP, Global Bids & Pursuits to ensure brand expression is consistent, compelling, and differentiated in proposals and pursuit materials. * Launch campaigns with a dual focus on external market impact and internal employee engagement, building pride and momentum across the firms.Internal Engagement & Culture * Design and oversee internal brand activations and partner with internal communications team to develop communications that foster excitement, connection, and a sense of shared purpose around brand campaigns. * Partner with business leaders to ensure brand initiatives are cascaded and celebrated across all regions and practices. * Collaborate with real estate on brand representation in current and future offices spaces in support of new offices, co-locations, relocations, etc.Governance & Brand Health * Establish and oversee brand governance, ensuring adherence to guidelines and best practices across all geographies and disciplines. * Lead discussions and plan in support of brand strategy and brand equity transfer for future acquisitions as appropriate. * Track brand performance through research, surveys, and KPIs, using insights to refine and enhance brand strategies.Leadership & Team Development * Build, manage, and grow a talented global brand team to deliver creative, impactful campaigns and brand initiatives inclusive of the current Creative Services team and future brand/campaign managers. * Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the team and across functions. * Act as a senior advisor to executive leadership on brand-related opportunities and challenges.Qualifications * 15+ years of progressive experience in brand strategy, marketing, or communications, ideally within professional services, infrastructure, engineering, or related sectors. * Demonstrated success leading brand campaigns and activations with measurable results across complex and/or multiple geographies and at multi-sector organizations * Strong record of cross-functional collaboration, particularly with marketing, pursuits, and business development teams. * Proven ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution. * Exceptional communication and influence skills, with confidence engaging senior executives and diverse stakeholders.What We Offer * The opportunity to lead and shape the global presence of three respected infrastructure brands with distinct identities. * A role at the intersection of brand, client engagement, and growth, with direct impact on reputation, market positioning, and culture. * A collaborative environment committed to innovation, excellence, and employee engagement.# **Additional Information **#LI-Hybrid **TYLin ** offers a comprehensive total rewards package.
